VendIT ("we", "us") provides fully managed vending machines to workplaces in Dublin and surrounding counties. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site, why, and how cookies are used.
Information we collect
When you fill in a contact form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, workplace type, and any message you add. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a vending machine installation.
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Formspree receives the same information you submit in order to forward it to our inbox.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies by default. If you arrive from a Google Ads campaign, you may see a cookie banner asking whether you consent to cookies that help us measure which ads are working. If you accept, Google may set cookies to measure ad performance. If you reject or take no action, no such cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of this site.
Who we share information with
- Formspree — processes and delivers contact form submissions to us.
- Google — only if you consent to cookies, to measure Google Ads performance.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you go ahead, to provide and manage your installation.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact service@venditdublin.com for any of these requests.
